Data Protection Principles
We aim to follow the core principles of UK GDPR:
- Lawfulness, fairness and transparency: We aim to explain what data is collected and how it is used.
- Purpose limitation: We aim to collect data only for specific, legitimate purposes (like responding to direct emails).
- Data minimisation: We aim to collect only the information we need.
- Accuracy: We aim to keep stored contact details up to date.
- Storage limitation: We aim not to keep contact details longer than necessary.
- Integrity and confidentiality: We aim to store data securely to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
Generative AI Boundaries
When you use the resources and templates downloaded from AHAI:
- They are provided locally; no data is sent back to AHAI.
- We recommend checking your Google Admin Console settings and Google's current documentation to understand how your Workspace data is used, including whether it is used to train models. Whether your use meets UK GDPR depends on your own arrangements and advice.
